Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Doghouse mobile application (“Application”) provided by All American Atlas LLC (“Service Provider”) as a as a subscription-based app. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

1.  Information Collection and Use

• We collect information when you use the app- Device identifiers (a generated device ID stored in your device’s keychain)
• Push notification identifier from OneSignal (player ID)
• App version and build channel
• Notification permission status (authorized/denied)
• In-app purchase status and entitlements via RevenueCat
• Basic app usage events

2. Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. The Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies as provided below:

• OneSignal (push notifications)
• RevenueCat (in-app purchases and entitlements)
• Crisp (in-app support chat)

3. How We Use Information?

• Provide core features
• Send push notifications you opt into, via OneSignal.
• Manage purchases and subscriptions via RevenueCat.
• Provide in-app support via Crisp.
• Maintain and improve the Application, including diagnostics and preventing abuse

4. Data Sharing

We may share your information:

• With service providers strictly as needed to operate the Application and subject to confidentiality obligations.
• To comply with law or enforce our rights.
• To protect our users or the public from harm or illegal activities.

5. Opt-Out Rights

• You can stop push notifications at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can uninstall the Application to stop all data collection from the device.
• You can stop tracking a profile at any time in the Application, which updates our backend.

6. Data Retention

• Device registration records and tracking selections are kept while the Application is in use and are purged if inactive for approximately 30 days.
• Purchase-related status is maintained as needed to provide your entitlements.
• You may request deletion of device-associated data by contacting us.
• Provide your device ID (from settings) to help us locate and delete your data.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from
the Settings screen. When you delete your account:
– All tracked profiles are removed from your device and our servers
– Your notification preferences are deleted
– Your Instagram login is cleared from your device
– Your device authentication token is revoked
– All historical tracking data is permanently deleted

This act of deletion cannot be undone.

8. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that they will be able to take necessary action.

9. Security

We implement physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Application, you consent to such transfer.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

-We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the effective date.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described herein.
